The journey · 7 steps

From your first message to take-off.

Scroll, and watch exactly what happens after you contact us: every step, in order, the way it happens for every student we take on.

Step 01 / 07

You send one message.

A free consultation that maps your profile, your budget and the destinations you are actually weighing, before any course is discussed.

  1. Step 1: You send one message. A free consultation that maps your profile, your budget and the destinations you are actually weighing, before any course is discussed.
  2. Step 2: A named consultant takes your case. A small, defensible list of programmes matched to your goals and your finances, with the trade-off on each one stated plainly. Your file opens in the AdmitsFair portal the same day, so you see everything we see.
  3. Step 3: We build and submit your application. Your statement of purpose, essays and full application package, built to the standard the admissions office expects to read.
  4. Step 4: The offer letter arrives. We work through the offers as they land and identify every funding scheme your nationality, subject and level qualify you for.
  5. Step 5: Your visa file, done properly. Documentation and interview preparation, with the file checked line by line before it goes in. The decision is always the embassy's, the preparation is ours.
  6. Step 6: Fees paid, receipts in your portal. Tuition deposit, visa fee, insurance, accommodation: we tell you what is due, when and to whom, and every receipt lands in your portal next to the file it belongs to.
  7. Step 7: Boarding pass in hand. You fly. Flights, housing and the first week on the ground: the practical end of the journey, planned with you before you leave home.

  1. Note 01

    Funding Is Specific, Never General

Almost every scheme is tied to a nationality, a subject, a level or a single institution. A scholarship you are not eligible for is not an opportunity, and we will say so early.

  2. Note 02

    Deadlines Close Before the Intake

Funding calendars typically run months ahead of the admission calendar. Applying to the course first and looking for money afterwards is the most common way students lose a year.

  3. Note 03

Government Schemes Are Worth the Paperwork

National programmes, Hungary's Stipendium Hungaricum among them, are competitive and document-heavy, but they are real, published and open to international applicants.

  4. Note 04

Low Tuition Can Beat a Scholarship

A funded place at an expensive school and an unfunded place at a €900-a-year public university can leave you in the same position. We compare the total cost, not the discount.

Want your funding list?Get it in your consultation

Award values, eligibility and deadlines are set by each awarding body and change from year to year. Treat this as a starting point for your shortlist, not a quotation, we confirm the current terms of any scheme against its official source before you build a plan around it.

Questions students ask

Straight answers, before you ask.

Something else on your mind? Email admitsfair@gmail.com.
  1. Indicative tuition runs from about €900 a year in Italy to roughly €4,000 in Malta, and German public universities charge little or nothing. Living costs vary more by city than by country. We build a full-year budget, tuition, living, insurance and government charges, so you compare total cost, not headline fees.

AdmitsFair does not guarantee admission, scholarship awards, visas or employment. Admission decisions rest with institutions and immigration decisions with national authorities. Tuition figures are indicative annual amounts published for guidance and are not quotations.
